Design Services

We will be happy to provide to you an initial assessment of your project including basic square foot costs. We proceed with a Preliminary Proposal which details the design of your deck, itemizes a full cost estimate, and provides recommendations for installation. We can provide full installation services or help you to achieve success with your site contractor or on your own.

Construction

Our deck will be delivered in kit form, with everything you need to install. Your site dimensions are entered into our software directive so that everything is built to suit and delivered to your curb.

We provide kits to fit a variety of applications. On-grid or off-grid, battery storage or none, large or small surface coverage, urban or remote assembly: Every effort helps.

Sustainable Roofing initiative

NYC Local Laws 92 and 94

In 2019 New York City passed Local Laws 92 and 94, mandating sustainable rooftops for NYC in the form of solar installations and greenroofs. In effect, any new roof capable of installing a 4kWp system must do so. For SolarDeck, this equates to approximately 400 Square Feet of coverage. Also, any roof area is assessed with exception to recreational area. SolarDeck can fulfill both applications with a seamless, beautiful surface.
